How do you help education visionaries strengthen their bonds with everyone from parents and prospective families to funders and the community?
It takes a strong bond, just like the one between Analogous and our clients. And we're very lucky to have long, strong and deep relationships with Dr. Curtis Palmore and his team. And that's only possible because we share values and a long term vision. That allowed us to meet them where they were.
When we met 2 years ago, they were a start up that had spun off from another organization. They had the foundation of a talented leadership team and seven schools already up and running, but no branding. They needed a brand from scratch. Fast forward, now it's time to increase their footprint and deepen their relationships with all stakeholders, including students and teachers, parents and prospective families, funders and the community.
Like the brand strategy we built for UCHS, their web site also had to capture both the philosophy of the umbrella org and the uniqueness of each school. Plus, it must look good and be easy for staff to maintain daily. The "sandbox structure" we created allows each school to customize and maintain their own site, showcasing what makes it unique and relevant to their neighborhood/community, while simultaneously preserving the integrity of the network they belong to and share a vision with.
The results speak for themselves. Within the first 28 days of Phase 1 launching, the site generated 1,645 enrollment-intent actions and nearly 10,000 active users — with organic search driving almost half of all conversions. Phase 2 has kept the momentum going: the site now attracts 10,000–15,000 active users per month, growing at 15.6% month over month, with organic search consistently outperforming paid.
